Mediterranean fare is the theme at the Oasis On-the-Sea Restaurant. Chef Darren’ dishes are innovative, daring and creative.
A new menu has been has been updated for the low season 2010 and continues to delight and includes a new low price summer season menu.
Starters include: Mushroom soup with crispi leaks, pressed ham hock and guinea fowl terrine and tuna tartar. For the less daring there is sliced buffalo mozzerella.
For mains there is a barracuda filet with sun-dried tomato and Australian beef tenderloin and braised lamb shank.
Not to be missed desserts include a decadent flourless chocolate cake and a raspberry cheesecake.
Oasis is also proud to announce that in its first year of being open it has been awarded with the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.
