Mediterranean fare is the theme at the Oasis On-the-Sea Restaurant. Chef Darren’ dishes are innovative, daring and creative.

A new menu has been has been created for the high season 2009 / 2010 and continues to delight.  

Starters include:  Chilled roasted red pepper, mango & yoghurt soup with a mango and kaffir lime leaf sorbet and chicken, chorizo & bacon terrine blueberry relish, green olive dressing. For the less daring there is a mushroom and tarragon soup and Oasis salad.

For mains there is grilled salmon with tomato asparagus linguine, barracuda filet with sun-dried tomato, Australian beef tenderloin and braised lamb shank.

Not to be missed desserts include a decadent flourless chocolate cake and a raspberry cheesecake.

Oasis is also proud to announce that in its first year of being open it has been awarded with the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence.
